Online Registration
Programs are regularly changing with instructor and facility availability - please refer to the course calendar feature for upcoming program changes or contact 519-287-2015 for more information.

In-Person Registration
In person program registration is available at the Municipal Office during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm). However, we encourage that registrations are made online.

Older Adults Exercise Program

Adult Co-Ed Volleyball League
Join Southwest Middlesex and the Forest City Sport & Social Club for 14 weeks of recreational, for-fun court volleyball this fall!
This is a co-ed league for ages 19+—perfect for anyone looking to stay active, meet new people, and have a great time.
Location: Glencoe District High School Gymnasium, 3581 Concession Street, Glencoe
Time: Thursdays, 6:30pm–9:30pm
Dates: September 18 – December 18
