Glencoe Pool Reopens Saturday with Free Public Swimming All Week
The Municipality of Southwest Middlesex is pleased to announce that the Glencoe Pool will reopen on Saturday, July 4, following the completion of repairs and final water quality testing.
To thank residents for their patience and understanding during the temporary closure, the Municipality is sponsoring FREE public swimming from Saturday, July 4 through to Friday, July 10.
Free Public Swim Schedule
Saturday and Sunday (July 4 & 5):
- 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday (July 6 - 10):
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. to noon, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to noon, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to noon, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Important Information
To support ongoing maintenance and water quality, the pool will be closed Monday through Friday from noon to 1:00 p.m. This temporary daily closure will allow staff to complete additional maintenance and ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of the facility.
Aquafit and Swim Team programs will resume their regular schedules beginning Saturday.
Please note that the splash pad will remain closed until further notice. We will provide an update as soon as it is available.
Families whose swim lessons were cancelled during the closure will be contacted directly next week to discuss available rescheduling options and/or refunds.
