The subject lands are located on the north side of Parkhouse Drive, east of Mayfair Road. The lands are legally described as Part of Lot 8, Concession 1, and designated as Part 1 on RP 34R531, Municipality of Southwest Middlesex (Ekfrid).
The purpose and effect of this Application for Temporary Use is to permit two single-detached dwellings on the subject land for a temporary period not to exceed three (3) years while a new dwelling is being constructed on the property. The existing dwelling would be removed from the property upon the expiration of the three-year period or the occupancy of the new dwelling; whichever occurs first.
A hybrid public meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.. Interested members of the Public have the option of either attending the Meeting in-person, or connecting through a virtual electronic platform. Any person my provide written comments, attend the meeting, and/or may make verbal representation during the meeting.
