Joint Notice - Municipality of Southwest Middlesex and Township of Adelaide Metcalfe
The Municipality reminds property owners that, under the Ontario Weed Control Act, noxious weeds must be destroyed on their property by April 15, 2026, and throughout the growing season.
Noxious weeds can negatively impact agricultural and horticultural industries, harm livestock health, and pose risks to agricultural workers. Property owners are encouraged to take the necessary steps to identify and destroy noxious weeds on their property.
