Notice of Disposition: Surplus Property

Pursuant to the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex Sale and Disposition of Land By-law 2022/023, NOTICE is hereby given of the proposed sale of municipally owned lands.
At their meeting on July 16, 2025, Council for the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex passed resolutions with regard to the lands outlined below:
That Council approve the Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex and Timothy Zavitz for the disposition of the lands legally described as Lane between Lots 1 & 48, Plan 34M306, Glencoe (PIN 08543-0126) as deemed surplus to municipal needs.
A by-law to authorize the sale will come to the August 13, 2025 Regular Council Meeting.
