Take notice that Municipal Council will, no sooner than July 15, 2026 at their regular meeting, consider a by-law to remove the holding (H) symbol from the zoning of certain lands.
The subject lands are located on the north side of Appin Road (County Road 14), east of Stella Avenue. The lands are legally described as 34RD32 PART 22 REG COMP PLAN 374 LOT 22 & 34RD32 PART 20 REG COMP PLAN 374 LOT 20, Municipality of Southwest Middlesex (Glencoe).
The subject lands are zoned Residential Third Density (R3-H-12-H-13) and are subject to the ‘H-12’ and ‘H-13’ holding symbols. The applicants are seeking to remove the holding symbols from the lands.
