Alarmed For Life
Members of the Wardsville and Glencoe Fire
Departments may be visiting your house to conduct a brief survey concerning
smoke alarms in the home. The Southwest Middlesex firefighters carry
photo identification with them. The surveys that they will be
completing are mandated by the Office of the Fire Marshall. Your
assistance in providing the required information is greatly appreciated.
Every home in Ontario must have working smoke
alarms--it is the law. Install smoke alarms on every level of your
home and outside sleeping areas. Test the alarms once a month and
replace the batteries at least once a year. |

Secondary School Graduates
Southwest Middlesex provides an award to all
graduating secondary school students who reside in Southwest Middlesex and
who have obtained 80% or higher in six (6) subjects in their graduating year. Please direct any
