Each Middlesex County Library branch has adult, juvenile, and young adult books;  magazines and newspapers;  paperbacks and videos to loan.  Some branches have audio books and microfilm.  Each branch has a local history collection, with the Strathroy Branch housing an extensive local history collection that covers all of Middlesex County.

Branch hours, membership, borrowing and overdue fine information, etcetera is available through each branch or by visiting the Middlesex County Web site at www.middlesex.library.on.ca/

They offer a request service which allows you to borrow books from any of the branch libraries within the Middlesex County Library collection.  They are also able to borrow books through the Interlibrary Loan Service which  includes libraries from in and outside the Province of Ontario.

Internet access is available free of charge at every branch library although you may need to schedule a session ahead of time.

Each branch library houses a collection of large print books for those who are visually challenged.  For seniors and others who are unable to travel to one of their branches, Middlesex County Library offers a Books-by-Mail service.

They also offer other services such as Talking Books and Nursing Home Deposit service.  Some conditions may apply.  Please contact Pam Warzecha at the Middlesex County Library Office at (519)245-8237, Ext. 21.
