Leaf Collection is provided to residents within the urban
areas of Appin, Glencoe, Melbourne and Wardsville.
A vacuum truck is used to collect the leaves at the
curbside.
Collection in 2009 took place between November 9 and 27.
Hours of collection were between 7:00 a.m.
and 3:00 p.m. The collection program for 2009 is now complete.
Do not bag
your leaves.
Leaves must
be raked to the boulevard next to the curb in front of each property.
All leaves
to be placed within 4 feet of the curb/edge of pavement.
· Do not put
leaves on the road.
